ご予約確認ホームのすべての質問事項を入力完了頂いた時間に、既にお部屋が埋まっている
場合も御座います。あらかじめご了承ください。
こちらからの承認の返信を確認された時点での決済となります。
大自然の中にある施設の為、小さな虫類、小動物が生息しております。突然の窓からの訪問の
可能性も御座います。
できる限り徹底して宿泊に影響ないよう心くばりは致しておりますが、窓の開け閉めに際し興味
で侵入されることがあります。
なにせ…言葉の通じない世界ですので突然の訪問に関してのクレームは対応ができかねます。

世界各国の宗教やそれぞれにあります思考のお食事内容の変更は、こちらの知識不足により対
応ができかねます。

Reservation Guidelines
Reservations can be made from four days prior to your desired stay date.
Maximum number of adult guests:
Up to 5 adults
(For groups of 4–5 adults, the number of accompanying children may require prior consultation.)
After you submit your reservation request, we will send a Reservation Confirmation Form via email.
Please note that if the room has already been booked by the time you complete all required fields in the form, we may not be able to accept your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment will be processed once you have received and reviewed our confirmation message.

Regarding the Natural Environment
Our property is surrounded by untouched nature, which means small insects and wildlife inhabit the area.
There is a possibility that curious creatures may approach or enter through open windows.
We take every possible precaution to ensure your stay is comfortable; however, wildlife may occasionally enter due to natural curiosity.
As we coexist with nature—and because “we do not share a common language” with these creatures—we are unable to accept complaints regarding unexpected visits. We appreciate your understanding.

Regarding Dietary Restrictions
We may be unable to accommodate changes to meals based on specific religious or cultural dietary rules due to insufficient expertise.
Our meals are provided in accordance with traditional Japanese hospitality and cultural practices.
Vegan meals can be accommodated.
